DESCRIPTION:Practices for re-mersion and reflection\nEntering the Flow is an intentional time to re-immerse ourselves in the living presence/energy that flows through us and all creation. Through a variety of practices – Meisou (meditation), the labyrinth, walks and reflections – we will find that place of inner awareness that attunes us to this flow. In this posture of attentive presence, we will reflect on how we are part of creation and what this invites us to in a time of ecological peril and social fraying.
