Monday/Fridays: Sarah Arthurs will host a Lectio Divina style of meditation with Lenten passages:

- March 28 Luke 15 1-3, 11-32
- April 4 John 12:1-8
- April 11 Philippians 2:5-11
Tuesdays: Bob Campbell, meditation instructor and former past national president of the Canadian Mental Health Association will lead us in walking meditation.
Wednesdays: No Sits
Thursdays: Jess McNally, a Buddhist practitioner and member of the Tergar Institute will be leading our meditation.
